How can people afford new cars, boats, etc?
This may be more like a rant, but it seems like everyone I know has enough money to buy new cars, jet ski, new TV, etc. My wife both work full time and have no student loans or car payments yet when I crunch the numbers I don't think I can make it work while still maintaining savings. Plus they do it while raising children. It seems like everyone makes upwards of 150K/year.
How do people buy all these things (and please don't just say credit)? I feel like we are just scraping by and we make a decent amount but fear we'll never be able to get a new car or kitchen upgrades for the house. It's frustrating because I know we're doing fine but I feel like we aren't. Is that a common problem???
They cant....really...
Those people are highly leveraged because they have over extended themselves by abusing their credit; and considering the markets today, you should be glad you are NOT....
